Hello to the group!
I just flew in to Boston for the first Community Solar Comfluence. I
changed planes in Chicago, and noticed the rooftops were all
completely naked! What is the reason for this indecency, when all the
roofs should be properly clad with panels?
I'm interested in the policies in Illinois, and what we can do to
organize for community solar in Chicago.
