St Auban, CNVV FAI Grand Prix

Hi All,

This weekend is the final of the FAI Grand Prix,  For those that are considering a visit next year to St Auban, this would be a good race to watch over the internet.  You will have to wake up early in the morning because they are about 9 hours ahead.  Noon in France is 3am in Seattle.

There will be good English commentary and  briefs on pilot choices and geography. during the race.  Most of this will be replayed on Youtube.

The courses are short and will hit almost all the usual outcropings mountains ridges and valley crossings.  Learning the geography in this contest before visiting would be a great leg up for next year, and an exciting visit.
