Would you please resend the 2023 board member results as plain text. The results in the format provided are not readable. I tried two browsers without success. The website still lists the 2022 board members.

Here is the output from our online voting system - which was observed and cross-checked by our Election Committee volunteers: The reason behind the "tie" for Assistant Chairman is that our Bylaws specify that position should be the person who gets the second-most votes for Chairman.  Unfortunately, the only person who stood for the Chairman position was myself - so we didn't have a 2nd-place finisher. Per our Bylaws, the Board will choose an Assistant Chairman by Board vote.
