The Saturday, July 8, 2023 Science Fiction Association of Bergen County General Meeting will be held through Zoom Video Conference at 7:30 PM. Our speaker is fantasy writer Steven Brust. We are holding our summer meetings online to avoid the hot weather.
Steven Brust, Fantasy Writer:
Steven Brust is the author of 23 novels set in the fantasy world of Dragaera, most of which feature the heroic criminal fugitive, Vlad Taltos. He has also written a handful of standalones, a few collaborations, and a smattering of short stories. He is a singer-songwriter who has performed as a soloist and in bands.

ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION:
Meetings of the Association are normally held on the second Saturday of the month and feature talks, slide shows, and other presentations by experts in science fiction, fantasy, and related fields. The Association sponsors online Google and FaceBook discussion groups and a number of in-person and online activities devoted to various aspects of science fiction and similar matters, including events focused on books, movies, television, science, and similar areas of interest. We also produce a monthly newsletter listing talks, conventions, discussion groups, and other activities pertaining to science fiction and kindred genres.
