You are invited to join us at the monthly meeting of the Science Fiction Association of Bergen County on Saturday, November 11, 2023. We'll be at the Bergen Highlands United Methodist Church, 318 West Saddle River Road, Upper Saddle River, Bergen County, New Jersey at 8:00 PM. Science fiction writer and aerospace engineer Adeena Mignogna will speak and answer questions.
Pre-Meeting Event:
Early Arrivals are welcome to help themselves to free books and join our Ice Nine Coolest News discussion at 6:30 PM to share the latest news and happenings in genre books, comics, movies, and television.
Adeena Mignogna, Science Fiction Author / Aerospace Engineer:
Adeena Mignogna haas written the four-book Robot Galaxy series: CRAZY FOOLISH ROBOTS; ROBOTS, ROBOTS, EVERYWHERE; SILLY INSANE HUMANS; and ELEVEN LITTLE ROBOTS. She has a Masters Degree from George Institute of Technology and works for Northrop Grumman.

ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION:
Meetings of the Association are normally held on the second Saturday of the month and feature talks, slide shows, and other presentations by experts in science fiction, fantasy, and related fields. The Association sponsors online Google and FaceBook discussion groups and a number of in-person and online activities devoted to various aspects of science fiction and similar matters, including events focused on books, movies, television, science, and similar areas of interest. We also produce a monthly newsletter listing talks, conventions, discussion groups, and other activities pertaining to science fiction and kindred genres.
