We return to the Bergen Highlands United Methodist Church for the Saturday, April 9, 2022 General Meeting of the Science Fiction Association of Bergen County. Doors open at 6:00 PM with the meeting commencing at 8:00 PM. The church address is 318 West Saddle River Road, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey 07458, We'll have free books and videos and informal discussions. Comic book / television / film authority Paul Castiglia will speak.

Paul Castiglia has written and edited comic books including ARCHIE and TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES, been the co-writer of the animated YouTube series, THOMAS & FRIENDS ADVENTURES, and is the author of the forthcoming film book, SCARED SILLY: CLASSIC HOLLYWOOD HORROR-COMEDIES like ABBOTT & COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN. He also writes music under the name Paul Cast.

There might or might not be a post-meeting gathering at the Stateline Diner. Everything is such a jumble right now that we will decide at the end of the meeting.
ABOUT THE ASSOCIATION:
Meetings of the Association are normally held on the second Saturday of the month and feature talks, slide shows, and other presentations by experts in science fiction, fantasy, and related fields. The Association sponsors online Google and FaceBook discussion groups and a number of in-person and online activities devoted to various aspects of science fiction and similar matters, including events focused on books, movies, television, science, and similar areas of interest. We also produce a monthly newsletter listing talks, conventions, discussion groups, and other activities pertaining to science fiction and kindred genres.
