New $3k grant for artists - Aug 15 deadline

Hi folks, here's a new grant you might be interested in, it's from the newish Bay Art Agenda (recently renamed Art Bae) and geared toward exhibiting artists in the bay area who have a project in the works - an exhibition you're trying to finish or something like that. "Art Bae is joining forces with the Safety Net Fund to provide artists with finishing grants and which we are calling (drum roll please, extra points for creativity):

Yes, artists of the Bay, apply, tell your friends. The deadline is August 15.

It’s real hard out there, but we believe in you and want to help to get you to the finish line.

In two selection cycles, we will be awarding 6 artists grants of $3,000 each. Artists who live and work in the Bay Area, most any age (let’s say adult), and an exhibiting artist. Whatever your venue, whether an international biennial or an underground artist space, we want to help you.

And, as we want more stuff to happen here, we’re explicitly prioritizing artists who already have an exhibition, performance, publication, or other project in the works—with a venue, publisher, or platform lined up to present it.
