I’m forwarding info about a San Francisco 49-seat black box theater space that is available for anyone to rent for performances. Costs start at $750 (includes first three shows but not production, box office or technicians. You get all proceeds.

49 seat Taylor Street Theatre
in San Francisco
available for theater rentals

EXIT Theatre has rental openings in its Taylor Street Theatre, a fully equipped 49 seat black box theater at 277 Taylor Street in downtown San Francisco.
The Taylor Street Theatre will host the 2025 San Francisco Fringe Festival in August 2025 and then is available for theater rentals in late 2025 and early 2026.
The theater rate for the first week is $250 per performance and includes 20 hours of free rehearsal time the week before opening. Renting artists are responcible for the production, box office and technicians and receive 100% of ticket sales. The minimum rental is for three performances.
Rental rate for the second and following weeks is $200 per performance.

If you have questions or if you want to discuss a project contact EXIT Theatre's artistic director Christina at ma...@theexit.org .
