Hi everyone,

I am Yu-Chen Chu, a PhD student at the University of Washington. Thank you again for the warm welcome during my presentation at the SEVA monthly meeting in February. Your feedback on the pilot version was instrumental in refining the study!

I am now launching the official survey. I invite anyone residing in Okanogan, Chelan, Kittitas, Yakima, or Klickitat counties (both seasonal and primary residents) to participate. If you filled out the pilot survey, you are encouraged to participate again provided you meet the residency criteria.

• Completion Time: Approximately 25 minutes.
• Deadline: May 31, 2026.
