Training of new teachers for secondary level based on the Educate Together ethos.

There are many ways this training could be done but it would be useful
to know what is in fact planned. Again worth flagging early so it
doesn't catch us out later.

The Blueprint for Educate Together Second-level Schools, Taking the
Next Step, points out that since the school will be a professional
learning organsiation, there will be an expectation that all members
of the school community are continually engaged in learning. The
Blueprint mentions induction programmes and peer support teams as
examples of some of the strategies which will be used to ensure that
all staff are supported to develop the necessary knowledge and skills.
