I would gladly be a reference for Arun Bharatula.

Firstly I do apologise for my late response. Unfortunately my week had become a little overwhelming and I was unable to check my e-mails regularly. I truly hope this has not affected the application process for Arun as I truly believe he deserves to work in your organisation.

I have known Arun for almost three years, and I have been thoroughly impressed by his friendliness and willingness to help others. Thus, I believe he is very well-suited to work in a peace and hospitality volunteer exchange organisation such as yours.
