Dear member organizations of CoNGO,
It is grateful to distribute the first re-initiated version of CoNGO's newsletter for August 2013, which contains many events from member organizations of CONGO with some information from both President and Secretariat of CoNGO. Thank you for your kind consideration and participation.
I tried to contain all information from member organizations who sent e-mails. However, I apologize that some information sent to my account could not be dealt in the newsletter, because I tried to focus on specific events of member organizations, and contents introducing organizations and events beyond September 2013 could not dealt within. Also, due to some outdated contact data, some members did not receive our first e-mail about 'sending information' - I also apologize. Now we are renewing point of contacts of member organizations, so if you send me the right point of contact, I will guarantee that you can participate in our e-newsletter scheme from next one, which will be published at September 2013.
The deadline of sending information for second newsletter (information for August, September, and October 2013) - which is estimated to publish on 2 September 2013 - will be 23 August 2013. When you send information, please include the name, date and place of events, with 2-3 sentences of brief explanation. Please do not send the whole brochure or leaflet or link.
Since this is the first, at the same time trial, version of newsletter, we look forward to your suggestion for future development of this scheme. I ask your kind understanding for the first version of newsletter. If you have any suggestions or critiques, please do not hesitate to send me an e-mail.
