Dear Michael and Mark,
my conflusion is this regarding the email adress etc for Servas International Information and Communications Team (SI ICT), please correct me if I'm wrong:

1, When I, or someone else in let's say Exco, would like to reach both you Michael and Mark Hahn (the Servas International Information and Communication Team, SI ICT) with an email we can currently reach both of you be sending the email to
Is that correct?

2. The email adress i...@servas.org should not be used because, as you Michael wrote "The ICT group is defunct." (because the former set up of ICT with Jerome Le Tourneur et cetera is no more).

3. May I suggest the following changes:
3a) i...@servas.org changes name to si...@servas.org (Servas International ICT). This will reflect that Servas International is a unifyig entity in the global Servas movement.
3b) All emails to i...@servas.org gets redirected to si...@servas.org until i...@servas.org  is forgotten by everybody.
3c) It should be possible to reach the current SI ICT with you Michael and Mark (and prospective new members of SI ICT) with one single email to si...@servas.org.
I suggest this because si...@servas.org is much easier to remember than for example siict...@servas.org or ict-...@servas.org.

All the best,
Jonny

l no longer i use because

what's the difference between
Servas ICT-Tech Team
ict-...@servas.org

and

i...@servas.org

ict: rita.de...@telenet.be,jerom...@gmail.com,hahn@MCMASTER.CA,sil...@mcmaster.ca
ict-tech: ha...@mcmaster.ca,silbert@mcmaster.ca

in other words, ict-tech is Michael and I; ict adds Rita and Jerome.
I can't really speak to whether they feel this is a useful distinction.

regards, mark.
