Dear Rolande,

since the situation and the conditions around the "elections" that were held in the name of Servas Cameroon are very uncertain I would say that the group  that Alain Noel Njiokem Nkwatchou has proclaimed as board of Servas Cameroon at this point is not concidered by SI Exco as the formal board.

The group of people must be screened before they can be officially proclaimed as the legally and financially responsible body of Servas in that country. 

I have warned Rita Dessauvage and I have told her to be careful not to put names of people whom have not been accepted by Rolande Hodel who knows the conditions and a great many people in that country.

I wish I could tell you all how we could make sure that the state of Servas Cameroon is sound and safe, but I have to admit that I don't have any good answers on how to find out what is really happening in the name of Servas in Cameroon.

It would be great if you could find out some bits and peaces.

Of important piece in this drama is  the position of Richard Tambe.What does he think of Alain Noel Njiokem Nkwatchou.

So far I have not been in direct contact with Richard Tambe.

This will be a matter for SI Development Committee.

I will be leaving for Cameroon Dec. 15th. It will help me to know before getting there what servas Internetional decides to do with Servas Cameroon. i.e. accept Alain as NS and accept his supposed elections.
Do I remember this correct, they did not vote for a treasurer?
And let me know what you decided on Richard Tambe, he is/was the treasurer. He also has some money from Servas Cameroon.
Whatever you decide I will act accordingly.
