Hello all you Seaweedians,

Here is the medical form. Please fill it out and email it to me.  It should be able to be completed online from a computer, but may not work from your phone (I can not fill it out on my iPhone.

We are going to be serious about this this year.  

Also, If I can get at least 6 people to take a CPR class, I can get the SPD to teach us one on a donation basis.  It's a good idea for all to know really well.
