End of season fundraiser

Hey, folks. We really do need to start working on an end of season fundraiser. The coffers are getting close to dry, and we still have our Lead Artist's out of pocket expenses to cover, along with a good chunk of change due to cover the project truck. To say nothing of the expenses we will incur if we want to bring the pendulum to Seacompression. Looking like at least 2K needed to break even for the year, and a bit more would be nice to have a buffer for the next season. Meeting soon?

Any thoughts on a direction to go? Party at Johns place? Rebar hoopla? Selling our bodies?

We have an open invitation to return to ReBar, and I think that will be our best option - if we can find a decent night. Taking the second slot (10 - after hours) worked really well for the Swim party.

I agree. This will work really well for us (as long as we avoid Seacompression weekend, and get the word out soon). There aren't many parties in the second half of Oct, or all of November...
