INW Refurbish and Micro Grants now open

Although the original announcement said these grant opportunities would open up May 1st, I just saw an announcement from Leanne Todd at INW that they are open NOW.

We were talking about getting a refurb grant to bring the Pendulum, and possibly a Micro Grant for the Portland folk to bring some bookcases.

Since I did the major Art Grant submission for the Library/Gazebo/Columns set up, I cannot take on either of these grants.

Also, counter to the original announcement that grant period would be open through May 31 (or when funds run out), the current announcement states an ending date of May 15.
