fundraiser meeting

Sorry it took a few days to send out, but here's what we have from the fundraiser meeting.

Pool Party- April 11th, 10p-4am'ish.

• Set up is only from 9p-10p
  
• Jeff Helzer... does he have pool party decor?
  
• Inflatable Pool at Bryces
  
• Buy a patch kit, Holly will donate that if 20 or less or kick in 20 for new inflatable pool
  
• DMN lending pillows- Christy and Paul are getting but we need to get them from Christy's to event
  
• Silent Auction- Howard is working to make it happen
• Holly asking club about summer drink special
• Set up volunteers so far, Tod, Holly, Todd.  
• Need a fluffer
• Need Tear Down volunteers
• Need a few extra volunteers for stuff
• Bryce is talking to Jonny Q and campers about volunteering
• NO budget for decor, but people can donate dollar store stuff to decorate if they like
• Jon is giving a presentation of some kind at the pool party about the build.  Poster?  Projector he borrowed from Bryce? Something..
• We are the official pre-funk and after party, we decided

Bollywood Ball May 13, 10p-?

• Set up 9p-10p only
• Guru is heading this one up and getting Indian burners to help.
• Bryce- ask Guru about working with Contour to have a Bollywood cocktail
• Bryce have poster for Bollywood and facebook graphic done by April 16th and bring small poster to pool party
• Holly make FB announcement for party after the pool party. Put cafe press merchandise link in Bollywood event page
• Tier 1 $15, Tier 2 $20, and Tier 3/door $25

Multi-City Bash for Cascadia Serapeum (not named yet)

• June 11th, times not set.
• studio 7 is one option for only $600 and holds 700, but some people had concerns it's too big and will feel dead. Bryce, Todd and Christy touring it.  100% of door.
• Pono Ranch in Ballard.  Todd Smith calling.
• Equinox. Someone call for pricing.
• Rebar.  Are they booked?  Did anyone check this date?
• Todd Smith is heading this up with his pajama party/naughty nighty theme
• if we have an area at venue... erotic and bedtime stories
• Deb has a guy from Vancouver who could play guitar in the chill area too
• Asked Deb about additional awesome Vancouver dj's.  
• Someone ask about Portland awesome dj's?  
• Deb hoping to get bus from Vancouver day event to our night party
• Howard asking Ru Paul's Drag race friend about being MC
• If we do our own venue, there is a 4% venue tax.  Keep in mind if looking at other venues to calculate that.
• Not willing to do illegal space.

Car Wash

• Free site in Burien on the Pacific Hwy 
• public car wash, so slightly tame version of bikini carwash
• Jon in a short kilt and top hat.  :)
• this was tabled for now.
