There are two simultaneous load locations then two separate locations. The schedule is as follows ;

Saturday 0830 pick up the trucks

*drivers* *first part of load commences*

1000 truck 1 leaves for woodenville

1100 woodenville load

*At least 9 people.*

1100 mountain load

*At least 12 people.*

1400 trucks are loaded.

*Truck with room heads to daves (hopefully the mountain truck).*

*Lunch time.*

1500 personal stuff load

1600 trucks are parked for the night.

Sunday 1100

kitchen load happens at the place with all the food. Truck TBD.
