dear marissa and dennis,

the final report is attached. i hope you get this ok.

i incorported as best as possible, the comments/suggestions during the rtd
(except for those extremingly demanding ones.) you will find in the final
version an additional section on armed groups, media (as suggested), the
church, among other things. also added is the section on communicative
spaces (toward the end) and which really pulls together some portions
already present in the first draft and some points which are highlighted
especially to identify the ways forward and the challenges to advocacy.
dennis, you may find this section not neatly identifying the steps ahead
for advocacy, but i think, the challenges are there anyway. please have a
look.

the rest of the comments from the rtd - ck! (care ko!)

btw, what's logistical arrangements for the cebu summit? i purchased
airticket for cebu as advised by marissa, and will have the cost
(including some items during the interviews) reimbursed.

thanks indeed!

best,

edna
