New Class Schedule and 3 weeks left to learn On2

New class schedule:
Good to see some new faces this week - interested in learning On2 - we got very good feedback for it too:
- 'Really enjoyed it, and was so useful to learn about on2, both how to dance it, but also how to pick it out of the music. It made a lot of sense! '
- 'I found that there was attention to detail which I really appreciate. Especially for on2, it is important for on1 dancers to understand WHY on2 works and HOW it links to the music. The class was definitely a hit,'
3 more weeks left ... so to repeat:
The Wednesday classes are now on a summer break - back on September 23rd.
The Monday classes at 28 work place will run throughout July then they will
have a break during the festival - back September 21st. During July we are
changing the schedule and due to popular demand run an On2 class, The new
schedule is:
19:00-20:00 On1 Improvers
20:00-21:00 On2
Improvers/Intermediate
21:00-22:00 On1 Intermediate/Advanced
The On1 classes levels will be as they have been for the last few months, however the Improvers level may drop a bit to allow the beginners who are moving up to adapt to the higher level, so its a good opportunity to join if you were thinking about it
The On2 class will cover timing, and some explanations and theory about the music, We'll be keeping the routines relatively simple as we want people to get as much dancing On2 done as possible. The 1st half will be aimed at Improvers level so they can get some experience of On2. The level will increase in the 2nd half and though the level will be slightly lower, it will be aimed at those who have been doing our Improvers/Intermediate crossover class. We rarely have On2 classes in Edinburgh, so make the most of this opportunity.
