Under this special occasion, I don't know how to make the checks ready before Friday.

Hi Li,

 I just got a call from Minghua, discussed about the reimbursement and honorarium for both Dr. Lim and Paul Xia. We need to fill forms tonight for the checks if we want to give them during the retreat: two checks for Dr. Lim (honorarium, $150 and travel cost from SDSU to camp, $40?) and two check for Paul Xia ($600 for honorarium, and exact cost for the tickets). 

Could you please tell me the names for both  which will be shown on the checks; and cost for the tickets?  I will fill out the four forms for the four checks; and send them to Shengting.
