No malba was dumped by anybody. The heap of malba was due to cutting of unwanted grass/weed in the plot which is now dressed up & buried under earth.

The public latrine block has been removed.

The entry is now blocked by excavating trench in front of entry point. The boundary wall shall be repaired in due course.

This point pertains to police authority being the matter of maintaining law & order.

This is baseless because the boundary wall was broken by miscreants. This is not any type of encroachment.

The above mentioned plot has been turned into a Dumping Ground for "malba"/"construction waste". There are huge piles of "malba", which have been dumped by private builders.

With active connivance of D.D.A Officials, a  "public latrine" block has sprung on the said plot. This "public latrine" block has been placed by the contractor of the adjacent under construction society (Bhagwati C.G.H.S).

This plot is also been used as a training ground by a Motor Driving School.

This plot is a breeding ground for drunks/anti-social elements after dark.

It is perplexing that the D.D.A official have fenced the entire plot but have conveniently left the "entry" to the said plot open, which has resulted in encroachment by the contractor/"malba" dumpers.

We request that you/concerned official take cognizance of the grave situation and make arrangements to stop this encroachment/"malba" dumping, by stopping/blocking the unauthorized entry.

With all due respect....

How can you claim that there was no "encroachment" and the complaint was baseless, when a "public latrine" was installed by a private contractor on the said D.D.A plot? I admit that I am not a person of vast experience and technical know how, but inception of a "public latrine system", by a Private Contractor amounts to "encroachment". It seems that concerned D.D.A official responsible to keep an eye on "vacant D.D.A Plots" in Dwarka are oblivious to encroachments and the onus to inform the higher echelon lies on the citizen of Delhi.

How can the "land owning agency" i,e D.D.A escape the responsibility of securing the plot. The D.D.A staff is supposed to upload the photographs of the "vacant plots" periodically, please direct the concerned D.D.A official to keep an eye on such developments. 

Please go through the Picture attached, which clearly shows a trctor/truck dumping "malba" and heaps of "malba" lying in the said plot. There is no harm in accepting a "lapse", but instead of that ...blaming the complaint is not done and not in good taste.

The onus of police complaint does not lie on the citizen of Delhi , but the representative of the land owning agency i.e.D.D.A. Please direct the concerned D.D.A official to do the same and be vigilant to any encraochment in the near future.

What is the definition of ENCROACHMENT in your Manual ?

So sitting at your office you are able to see whether encroachment or not ? Very GOOD. You can do as many as WHITE LIES.

We have STREET VIEW MAPS which confirms when was last encroached and what is the progress today... So please don't ever try to fool us.

Earlier occasion also we given so many pictures of encroachment in Sector 22.  It seems the pictures become Dark when it reaches DDA office?

For a minute we may leave the empty plot.. What is this Mr. SE ?

should we assume there is NO COLLUSION , there is NO NEXUS ?

Dear Sir,

It seems that the concerned D.D.A officials/ Shri D.P Singh, C.E (Dwarka)/A.E, Shri Pratap Singh, D.D.A is not doing his duty. Please explain that how on earth is it possible......that the PRIVATE CONTRACTOR who has no "locus standi" on the said land constructed a "latrine system" on D.D.A land and the concerned D.D.A officials ...including you are blaming the "lay man"......who has highlighted the issue. This land is being used by the contractor of "Bhagwati C.G.H.S", sec-22, Dwarka, New Delhi -77 for his own use. The mandate of D.D.A "Anti-Encroachment Department" is to take such encroachers to task………but the travesty is that that the the officials of the said department(D.D.A. Dwarka) do not act on "encroachments on D.D.A Land" but try to desist "citizens of Delhi/Dwarka"....w.r.t to reporting such encroachments. It seems that
D.D.A officials/ Shri D.P Singh, C.E (Dwarka)/A.E, Shri Pratap Singh, D.D.A has some ULTERIOR MOTIVES............

D.D.A Officials like Shri D.P Singh etc...wait for the Builders/encroachers to ENCROACH the land...and then wait for the CASE/ISSUE to go in Litigation....(which takes years).........

It is high time that D.D.A Officials.........go by the book.....
