Hi, everyone

As the title says, every time I closed my Chrome and reopen a URL, it seems that the browser clears all cached dictionary file when it's closed, and try to download the dict again when it's reopened.

I have tried several methods:
1, add head "Max-age: 864000" to the dict file.
2, add head "Max-age: 864000" to the http response of the dict request.
3, try opera instead of Chrome.

Sadly, none of them works, someone can help me?
