I've been running a series of knowledge share lunches within BBC FM&T
that have proved moderately successful. Next year I would like to see
us undertake more activities around Software Craftsmanship that would
also see us engage with the wider developer community more.
I'm looking for suggestions and ways in which people here would be
interested in helping. Because of the bureaucracy surrounding budgets
volunteers are especially welcome, but we are also investigating
financing for proposals that involve periods of extended 'training' .

Thanks

Anthony,

I have a standing offer to any interested firm to:
* pair with their development team for a day, or
* run a retrospective for a recent iteration
* run a root-cause analysis session (see
http://agile.dzone.com/news/effective-root-cause-analysis)
I do this for free as part of helping myself and others learn about how
other organisations solve software-development problems.

If the BBC (or other readers of this list) would be interested in a
visit, please let me know.

Chief Technology Officer,
