Hello

Thanks for tool, i am trying to SCALE analysis which is importated in my scSeq analysis, I was able run SCALE on my dataset without spike in, now I have spike inn count but in spike in input file there you metion a first column spikes_mol what do you mean by that column what if don't have that column please suggest me?
