Collection of Standards, forms and tools

During the ESC lessons learned workshop, we identified 'disaster
preparedness' of the area as one of the weaknesses.
To improve this, a large number of steps need can be taken in the
coming months. One of them is the collection or development of
standard (proven) tools and approaches
Since most of the organizations are still around at the moment, we
take the initiative to collect as many of the forms used by the
organizations starting with the assessment forms.
In case you would like to share other 'proven' documents, tools or
suggestions, feel free to share them. I am planning to publis them on
the google group.
