I hope you are fine. Thank you very much for sahring shelter cluster minuts. Please note that Muslim Aid completed its 200 wintrized transitional shelter in Kaan Bangla and Kan Depo and received 40 more shelter from Qatar Charity for Pishine.

 

Please note in your draft minutes there are some correction you have to made. Instead of Muslim hands please write Muslim Aid for 40 Qatar Charity shelters and Asma Ali is our coorcination executive. 

 

Please make corrections for final meeting minutes.

Please find enclosed the final minutes of the cluster meeting, along with  excel files with information on shelter gaps divided by District, the last update of shelter response and beneficiaries list with identified gaps in the lists. The 4 maps in pdf format will be sent in separated mail.

 

Un-HABITAT has the detailed lists of people identified in Pishin in villages that were not served or underserved in the shelter response. These lists are available upon request by cluster members that can intervene in those areas or can advocate for them.

 

Please feel free to contact me, cc the assistant coordinator, Awais Abbasi, and Information Manager, Kamran Ahmed, if further information is needed.

1-Villages other than Army Asses

2-No Shelter Deployed

3-Under served Villages 

4-Excess Shelter Deployed

5-Army& UNH Assessment

6-UNH Assessment

 

Note: In earlier excel file(shelter analysis 23-02-09), filter option was applied on first two sheets which can be remove by selecting "Data Menu" than apply "remove filter" and secondly few rows was highlighted by yellow color which was meant these location also assessed by UNHABITAT.
