Subject: Global Shelter Cluster Environmental Reference Group questionnaire

Shelter cluster colleagues,

Please find attached a short questionnaire from t he Global Shelter Cluster Environmental Reference Group .

We are looking toward understanding more about Global Shelter Cluster member involvement in environment and post disaster shelter issues so that we can formulate a Reference Group plan and process which supports Cluster members.

To this end, we have developed the following short questionnaire covering key points of the environment-shelter linkages.

We ask that you take the few minutes necessary to complete the survey and send the responses to either Anita van Breda ( Anita.V...@WWFUS.ORG ) or C. Kelly ( disast...@yahoo.com ) (Co-chairs of the Reference Group .)

The questionnaire can be completed by:

Saving the attached file with the file name “Env-Shelter Survey [name of organization]

Simply placing an “X” next to the correct answer in the document

Completing any written text required for each question

Saving the document

Sending it as an attached to either of the email addressed above.

Only one survey should be completed per organization.
