I'd keep an eye on her to see whether active bleeding develops. If it does, you will be able to determine what's going on and deal with it appropriately.
If it's not bleeding noticeably and the other birds aren't pecking her. whatever it is will heal on its own.
My new Buttercup pulled one of her spurs off at the Ventura show. She bled all over my shirt, but it took care of itself.
