Trevor identified this pattern as "Identity Crisis".
Here's a variation: change the throw on beat 12 from a pass
to a flip (self-throw to the same hand). If the 3-count feedee
is always on the feeder's left, we have sub-variation A1, for
which the feeders first pass on beat 3 will be outside for
left-hand throws and inside for right-hand throws. For
sub-variation A2, the 3-count feedee would be on the feeder's
right instead of left.
Applying some Rocket Science, we arrive at sub-variation B1:
the feeders first pass on beat 3 is always an inside throw. This
would make the 3-count feedee position toggle from feeder's left
for right hand throws to feeder's right for left hand throws.
For sub-variation B2, the feeders first pass on beat 3 would be
an outside throw instead of inside.
For all sub-variations, the number of beats in the pattern is 72 (12x3x2), compared to the original pattern, 36 (12x3).
Rotation of feeder position can be either clockwise or
counter clockwise, making the total number of variations 8 (2
major variations times 2 sub-variations times 2 directions of
rotation).
