We are very excited to announce the Asian Regional Learning Program on Budget Analysis and Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.This program, organized by Asian Institute for Human Rights, Fundar - Centro de Análisis e Investigación, the International Budget Project (IBP), the International Human Rights Internship Program (IHRIP), and the International Network for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR - Net) will take place in Chiang Mai, Thailand, 19th to 28th April 2008.
