SACP First Deputy General Secretary Solly Mapaila visit to the Western Cape over the weekend

The First Deputy General Secretary of the SACP, Comrade Solly Mapaila, will lead the SACP’s Chris Hani Red Brigades in a series of activities during the weekend to campaign a resounding ANC victory in the Western Cape Province.

The events which will largely be an interface with the people will be part of the SACP Centenary Celebrations and the Launch of the SACP’s 2021/2022 Red October Campaign in memory of Comrade Harry Themba Gwala.

Details of the weekend programme are as follows:

Saturday 9 October 2021: Che Guevara or West Coast District

Activity One:          Door-door campaign

Time:                      10:00 – 12:00

Venue:                   Citrusdal, ward 2 (door to door)

 

Activity Two:          2021/2022 SACP Red October Launch

Time:                      12:30 – 14:30

Venue:                   Vicki Zimri Hall – Citrusdal

Sunday 10 October 2021: Brian Bunting or Metro District

Activity One: Visit to the family of the late SACP District Secretary, Comrade Siyabulela Siswana and door- door campaign

Time:           09h30

Area:            Mfuleni, Ward 108

Activity Two: Door-door campaign from 11h00-13h00 and launch of Chris Red Brigades at 13h30

Area:             Ward 41, Lucas Mbembe
