As I promised, I start new topic for discussion today - Stock to Talk.
The aim is, as usual, to discuss what we do not understand in the price
dynamics of a certain share. Say, you observe some stock dynamics, and
you do not understand it. If something grow instead of falling down, or
vice versa, or remain flat despite everything - and you do not
understand why or you want to express a smart explanation on it, post

I do not understand Sakhalinmorneftegaz dynamics. May be, it is because
the consolidation into Rosneft?

Sberbank and its prefs in particular. The common / pref spread is only
23%, and either conversion into commons or high dividends on prefs are
expected. Somebody could argue: there is a huge oreign demand for the
exposure to the Russian banking system. But the demand for what? How
much the demand can outbid rationality in valuation?
