Hi Dr. Broman,

I was wondering if it was possible to run addqtl with more than one phenotype? I've tried using a numeric vector here (with the column numbers of my phenotypes of interest) as well as a character string with the phenotype names, and get the same warning message each time:

Warning message:
In addqtl(AG_rils, pheno.col = phenos_aq, qtl = qtl, formula = formula,  :
addqtl can take just one phenotype; only the first will be used

Do you happen to know if there is a way to circumvent this?

Thanks,
   Melissa

No, these multiple-QTL methods in R/qtl work with just one phenotype.
