Could Rqtl be able to determine the sources indicating which parental line contributes the resistance allele for particular QTl.

You can use the functions
plotPXG()
or
effectplot()
to plot the phenotype vs the genotype at a locus.
Or you can use the function
fitqtl()
with get.ests=TRUE to get estimated QTL effects.
