A new version of R/qtl2 (version 0.32) has been released on CRAN. Windows and Mac binaries will be available within a few days.
The main changes include additional arguments in create_variant_query_func() and create_gene_query_func(), which allow additional flexibility but might break working code, and new function smooth_gmap() for smoothing out a genetic map, particularly to eliminate intervals with 0 recombination.
