A new version of R/qtl (1.62) has been released at its website (https://rqtl.org) and on CRAN. Windows and Mac binaries will be available on CRAN within a few days.
We fixed a couple of small bugs, in summary.scanone() for format="onepheno" and in read.cross() for format="csvs".
