R/qtl version 1.05-1

A new version of R/qtl (1.05-1) has been released at its web site
(http://www.rqtl.org).

A major bug was found regarding permutations with scanone and scantwo
in the case of covariates. Such covariates should be permuted along
with the phenotypes, but hadn't been.

The package is on its way to CRAN (http://cran.r-project.org); the
Windows version of the package is not yet posted but will be soon.

As always, I'd appreciate hearing any suggestions or comments or
complaints.
