Hi all,
I recently have conducted an analysis in a .gt3x file that went normal. I installed the new version R-studio (not R) and it simply stopped reading the same file.

The error is: Loading chunk: 1Error in as.POSIXlt.numeric(x) : 'origin' must be supplied

I am running GGIR version: 3.1.0 and checked the gt3x file as per other forum discussion:
Sampling Rate: 30Hz
Firmware Version: 1.9.2
Serial Number Prefix: MOS

R comes back with the following:
 Part 1
Checking that user has read access permission for all files in data directory: Yes
1
File name: Dado Modelo Capacitação Acelerometria.gt3x
P1 file 1

Investigate calibration of the sensors with function g.calibrate:

Loading chunk: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Summary of autocalibration procedure:

Status: recalibration attempted with all available data, but possibly not good enough: Check calibration error variable to varify this
Calibration error (g) before: 0.01486
Calibration error (g) after: 0.00276
Offset correction x: 0.00859604140006228
Offset correction y: -0.0203474513354053
Offset correction z: -0.0639589187689713
Scale correction x: 1.02360053707642
Scale correction y: 1.0000883524054
Scale correction z: 1.0211589149943
Number of hours used: 67
Number of 10 second windows around the sphere: 2087
Temperature used (if available): FALSE
Temperature offset (if temperature is available) x: 0
Temperature offset (if temperature is available) y: 0
Temperature offset (if temperature is available) z: 0

Extract signal features (metrics) with the g.getmeta function:

Loading chunk: 1Error in as.POSIXlt.numeric(x) : 'origin' must be supplied

Can anybody please help me with the issue?
Many thanks in advance

This user experienced a similar error and it turned out to be something with the version of R: https://groups.google.com/g/rpackageggir/c/V3GqrSfiZcg/m/nZ3IxMlNAwAJ

However, it sounds like you've had success running this .gt3x file through GGIR before on your version of R - the only thing that changed is RStudio. Even still, what version of R are you using and on what operating system?

I had success just now running a .gt3x file through GGIR 3.1-1 on R versions 4.3.3 and 4.1.1 (w/ RStudio 2024.04.2+764 "Chocolate Cosmos").

Best of luck!
