New location GGIR documentation

Dear all,

As you may have noticed we are restructuring and migrating the main GGIR documentation to a new location. The initial version of it is now ready: https://wadpac.github.io/GGIR/.

We are doing this because the new location is much easier to maintain and the old documentation was too much of a patch-work of explanations without a clearly consistent approach.

As you will see there is still quite a bit of work to be done to finish the new location. Nonetheless, we hope it already provides value in its current form.

If you spot mistakes, typos, or other issues then please report them to us! Preferably in a way that is easy for us to process such as a word document copy with tracked changes or a GitHub pull request. This is a free resource so we depend on the community to help us turn this into a high quality resources.

Further, if you are in a position to apply for a research grant then consider including a little budget for hiring a professional writer to help improve the text or maybe a graphic designer to help create good visualisations.

The old documentation in https://cloud.r-project.org/web/packages/GGIR/vignettes/GGIR.html will gradually be replaced by links to the new documentation location.
