Dear Cathy,

  1. Are you able to process your data without sleeplog, by setting parameter loglocation = c()? If yes, then that confirms that the issue is specific to the sleep log. If not, then issue is elsewhere in GGIR.
  2. Can you compare recordings or nights for which the analysis runs smoothly with recordings for which GGIR produces this error?
  3. Please share: GGIR version, accelerometer brand, recording length, snapshot of a sleeplog section for which GGIR produces the error.

Thanks,

Vincent

Dear all,

Hello!
I use the advanced sleep log in part 4. My R script went on well in the part 1, 2 and 3. But in Part 4, it says: "Error in seq.int(0, to0 - from, by): 'by' has wrong plus and minus signs". I don't know what happened.

Before that, I used a small sample size to test my original dataset and the form of sleep log. It went on well too. Therefore, I don't know what happened when I did the same to my whole dataset.

I'm sure willing to share my test sample if you're required. But problems arise in my whole dataset.

I would be very grateful if you could help me figure out the reason.

Thanks very much!!
Cathy
