Error in Report Part5

Hi

I'm trying to run Actigraph files through GGIR parts1-5. Below is the resultant error message I get.  The "NA-NA-NA report not stored, because no results available" goes on for days, and then there's the error message underneath. I have run the same script on a different group of files and it worked fine.

Do you know where I might have gone wrong?

Report part 5
 loading all the milestone data from part 5 this can take a few minutes
 generating output for every parameter configurations...

Error in xy.coords(x, y, xlabel, ylabel, log) : 
  'x' and 'y' lengths differ
In addition: Warning message:
In rm(outputfinal, outputfinal2) : object 'outputfinal2' not found
