important cmake stuff

Hey all,

 

 I updated the cmake structure to correctly handle PQP and Yaobi. Theres been some problems with the old detection of PQP and Yaobi because it somewhat depended on that PQP and Yaobi all ready was compiled. in this new version you need to specify include dir and lib dir and explicitly set USE_PQP and USE_YAOBI to ON. Check out the config.cmake.template file which shows how the libraries compiled in ext is added.
