Doesn't look like anything is changing down at the river. Maybe we should just turn it into a bicycle park, state spends money on bike paths

You've got to appreciate what they are actually doing for us. I get it, we're are very anxious to get out and ride. Its been two years for me. I dream of it all the time. When the parks done it will be worth it!
