Hi All,
Exciting News and a reminder!!  Rev. Heeckt is giving two talks on the history of religion in Ridgefield.  These are sponsored by the Ridgefield Historical Society.
The series is entitled, "Worlds of Wonder, Days of Judgement: the Churches of Colonial Ridgefield" and will answer questions like: How and when were Ridgefield's oldest churches established?  What did the people who worshipped in them believe?  What was their place in Ridgefield's life?

The details are:

Days and Dates: Tuesdays, March 4 and March 11

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Cost:  No charge

Place: Scott House, 4 Sunset Lane, Ridgefield (the HQ's of the Historical Society)

SEATING IS LIMITED:  To reserve place, please call 438-5821

Here's the link to a great article written by Macklin Reid for the Ridgefield Press on Rev. Heeckt and the talk series (when you're on the newspaper, scroll down the page):

For your convenience, the article is also attached to this note.
