Dear friends,
 
This is the third week of our 2008 Stewardship campaign "THE WORLD OF THE
GENEROUS GETS LARGER AND LARGER."
 
In the UCC STATEMENT OF FAITH we are called into His church "to accept the cost and joy of discipleship . . . " Through what we give to the church, the power and love of the Holy Spirit becomes real for us and for others, beginning right where we are, forming and inspiring us through worship and education.  May our giving glorify God.
 
As you reflect on your gift(s) to Ridgebury Church consider the words of 2 Corinthians 9:6, "He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully."  
 
Everyone is invited and encouraged to come to the Stewardship Pot.Luck Brunch following the service on November 16th.  (If you’d like to bring something, there is a sign-up sheet in Shields Hall.)
