上午模擬考(Practice Test 2)試題檢討注意事項：

1. 時間：98年4月12日上午09:00 ~ 下午5:00
2. 地點：上午 台北遠景國際教育中心(臺北市館前路71號10樓 教室1001) - 請注意教室更動
下午 台北遠景國際教育中心(臺北市館前路49號4樓 教室405) - 請注意教室更動
3. 主講人：PMP教練團
4. 對象：已報名考試者, 或已選定考試日期者, 或確認要考PMBOK Guide 3.0者
5. 注意事項：
a. 請務必跟上老師安排的進度 (PMBOK及Rita最少各閱讀一次)
b. 欲上課者請務必先自行完成Practice Test 2 測驗, 請遵守規定
c. 測驗完後請將有疑問之題號記下, 可於上課時提出討論
d. 可攜帶PMBOK Guide 3.0, Rita, 聖經密碼

Dear Sir:
 
Question : Scope Verification is the process of obtaining stakeholder`s formal acceptance of the completed project scope and associated deliverables. In this context, which statement related to Scope Verification is correct?
 
Although the "B - Quality Control is generally performed before Scope Verification, but these two processes may also be done in parallel" among all 4 answers is the best choice for this question.  But according to the Rita's Process Chart & the sequence of proccess flow I have learned from the summary table, I thought QC is generally performed after SV.

基本上請照pmbok的說明為準，因為就我個人看RITA的SUMMARY TABLE也看不出您所說的QC在SV之後！
如果您所憑的是Recommend changes, defect repair, preventive and
corrective actions在scope verification之後那我想您誤會RITA的意思了！
RITA的page 134也說到此點，還請 詳閱！
就算是實務上較佳的作法，也很少QC是在SV之後，如果客戶都簽名接受了那您再作QC有何意義?
