Hello Everyone,

After some discussions Declan and I decided that it would be too short
notice to organise another Reset Ireland for Dublin this side of the
election.
Instead we are going to hold it on the 26th and 27th of March in
Dublin at a venue which we have yet to confirm.
A lot has happened since the 1st Reset here in Galway.
Many of us have been actively reaching out and building partnerships
with other groups.
Gerry Kavanagh, Johnny Ryan and others and have recently launched the

Declan and I attended the 2nd Republic AGM in Dublin which was very positive.
Niamh Moloughney has been in touch with Republic 2011 and is now
organising a similar event for Galway which will be in Kellys on Sun
13th and the 20th.
So lots of positive action.
Tuesday next week I will be travelling to Dublin for a presentation by
Nigel Shadbolt who lead the UK Open Data initiative and which is
something I think we can learn a lot from.

There are lots of other things happening in the meantime.
So lets keep up the momentum.
We wont be going public with our plans for the event until after the election.
Let us know if you are interested in attending.
We look forward to seeing you at Reset in Dublin.

All the Best

Kevin

Spurred on by my recent experience with you all at 091Labs, I have thrown my hat into the political fray. I am one of your independent candidates in Galway West. Consider a vote for me in you deliberations!  Mine is a digital campaign , visible at www.gar.ie...my latest slogan "Just a click away".

I will pay 091Labs a visit again soon. Hello to all.

Hey Vincent,

Have you been in touch with this New Vision coalition of Independents
I see there is no one on their list running in Galway west. If you
agree to the terms perhaps this might be of some interest. As far as I
know David McWilliams, Stephen Kinsella and a number of economists
have offered to give the group pron bono economics advice and the
group may be of some help with your campaign.
Take a look for yourself

There are a number of public talks on over the next week you should
try and attend.
Firsts of all Niamh Moloughney freegaz...@gmail.com who took part
in Reset is organising a Republic 2011 forum which to the best of my
knowledge a public questions and answers session with candidates a dry
run on Sunday 13th then the real deal next weekend on the Sun 20th.
Also this Monday the national campaign for the arts has a hustings
where many candidates will meet the arts community for questions and
answers in the Radison starts around 10am if you are free to take part
get in touch with Kate Howard caith...@hotmail.com

Best of Luck

Kevin
