I think we should give it another try. For me the difference I notice is the Active Duty Soldiers have their family with them and a tight network of other soldier's families to lean on. The Reservist is taken from their home, family, job, possible a business which for some not all does not make up for the pay incentives while on active duty. We are all soldiers and we all served as ordered by the US Army.
I had to be deployed at a critical time my family needed me. Another time I was away and my husband had to deal with trying to cover the roof where a tree fell on the house during a bad rain storm: called the insurance company and no one to come out for 2 hours. I was not there to help. Crisis come up and active duty as well as reservist soldiers are not available, but active duty families usually have someone they can depend on to help. It is a tight bond between soldiers and soldiers' families while on base or close to base. While on deployment this is what I experienced and I think as Reserviest we did our job and we deserve to be recognized and given retirement pay early.

sounds logical to me, hmmmmmmm, but damn the democrats ran the bank out on saving crocodiles and other endangered plants, blah, blah, blah, we just don't appear endangered enough, until the chinese start flying those stealth aircraft and we cant detect them.
